MR BC The Silent Trade EP out 25th OCT 2017 on eclectics music

The fourth instalment from eclectics comes from Leeds based MR BC. After his successful releases on Nein, Tici Taki, Sub:Sonic and Roam, Bob Salmond, the Man that is MR BC, has produced two tunes that deviate from his norm, fashioning a slower style than usual, bringing us the The Silent Trade Ep.

Title track The Silent Trade is a slow paced leftfield acid burner with a proper kick. The bass and acid lay nicely on top of a dream-like synth creating something quite beautiful, but this isn't purely ornamental - this is music with a purpose.

Track two, Trebizond, carries us at the same pace but delivers a different punch - dark disco, post-punk, indie dance. call it what you want. All of a sudden genres seem irrelevant when trying to describe these two gems.

The Silent Trade Ep is complemented with four remixes including:
A1: The Silent Trade -Joe Morris | Field Theory
A2 :Trebizond - Los Fuggazzi | FLVN

Bringing a completely fresh take but with a similar 'anything goes' feel, these mixes compliment the EP perfectly and help the acid train from laidback dreamscapes to indie dance stop at all stations in between.
